Terms and Conditions for e-Design Services

  1. Agreement to Terms: By purchasing our e-design services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. Design Philosophy: You understand our design philosophy and aesthetic, believing it fits your style and vision for your project.
  3. Budget Requirement:  A minimum budget may be required for specific packages to ensure that we can recommend high-quality products that suit your space. We will do our utmost to accommodate your budget if it is deemed reasonable.
  4. Project Timeline:
    Upon purchase, you will be added to our design queue, and we will communicate the current turnaround times for design completion. You will be notified when your designer begins working on your project. Once the design process starts, you can expect the completed project to be ready within 2-3 weeks.
  5. Unlimited Revisions:
    You typically have a specific period (e.g., 10 business days) for unlimited revisions after receiving your initial designs. After this time, additional fees may apply for continued revisions.
  6. Refund Policy:
    Once the design phase has begun, we do not offer refunds. Please ensure that you are committed to the design process before making a purchase.
  7. Communication:
    All correspondence will take place through our designated online design portal called Spoak or via email at mwdesignsblog@gmail.com to maintain organization and track progress effectively. We do not conduct discussions via phone.
  8. Quality of Recommendations:
    While we use our expertise to curate designs, we do not guarantee the quality of every item suggested, as we may not have seen each item in person. If a product does not meet expectations upon delivery, we will work with you to find suitable alternatives.
  9. Project Sharing: We may share completed projects on our social media and marketing platforms. If you prefer your project not to be shared, please inform us during the initial purchase process.
  10. Liability Limitation:
    Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or claim resulting from the use of our services or products.
